Had a chance to grab a quick snack bite at Honest in Schaumburg. The food was great as usual! We tried many different varieties - pav bhaji - dabeli - vada pav - dosa - Dahi puri - Rasmalai Out of which Dabeli was spicy ! And Rasmalai was not so good per the standards. The rest of the items were delicious!! Make sure to go between 6-7 pm on weekend if you don't want to wait for hour to get the table :)

The food was very good here and I really appreciated how it tasted authentic; however, what had me a little taken aback was the guest service. When me and my first party had seated we had a wobbly table so we moved to another table that wasn't shaky. When the manager saw this he yelled at the waiter who was directing all the people to tables and I felt really bad for him because it wasn't his fault and to yell like that in front of all the customers is very embarrassing and rude. Also when we got our food this same manager just came and slid the food tray on our table and walked away as fast as he could. I get that the restaurant is busy but I think he could've at least asked if we needed anything else or at least looked like he wasn't angry and irritated. Either way this manager made the whole experience uncomfortable.

We ordered some Pav Bhaji to go today for dinner and were excited. The inside has some fun decor and there's quite a bit of seating if you choose to dine in. Our order was already ready 10 minutes after ordered which was a plus. The Pav (bread) is excellent as always but the Bhaji wasn't as great as it could be. The flavor and spice seemed missing so maybe it was an off day? Everything was packaged well and it was nice getting chopped onions on the side.
